I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with any queries and were incredibly warm and welcoming. The scenery was breathtaking; our room in the pottery-style accommodation offered stunning views of the Caucasus Mountains, allowing us to witness breathtaking sunrises amidst vineyards. The dinner was exceptional, with lamb and beef liver dishes being absolute highlights, complemented perfectly by their exquisite homemade red wine. However, what truly left a lasting impression was the breakfast spread – incredibly lavish, and enjoying it amidst such natural beauty was an unparalleled delight.

Hospitality of the hostess and hotel staff acceded all expectations. Food was delicious. Breakfast - me and my kids, just loved it. Everyone found their favorite food. Zaal and Neli are incredible hosts, and their home and garden is beautiful. Our stay with them was excellent and we hope to return one day. We were very grateful to share Zaal’s perfected qveri wine, learn about Georgian toasts, excellent breakfasts in the morning, and their advice and assistance on travelling in the region. Zaal organised an incredible tour for us. Their hospitality was immense, and staying with them brought us closer to understanding Georgian history and culture, and made us feel so welcome in their country. Thank you for having us!

What a stay at Guest House Top Floor. The owner and his family are super friendly, gave a lot of information and could answer all our questions. The house is really beautiful with a very architectural staircase, some quiet balconies and a garden. The breakfast was really good, fresh and tasty and they even paid attention to my gluten alllergy without any problem. It's good located in Telavi, close to the beautiful palace and in the neighbourhood are some good restaurants. Also easy accesible by foot for going to the bus station. We loved our stay, we felt super welcome and we can really recommend it !

The location of the house is amazing. The house itself is very beautiful; it is an old house and the woodwork and furniture inside are very stylish. I especially loved the huge wooden doors. Everything in the house is in very good condition. The rooms are big, comfortable, clean and peaceful. Everything you need is thought of. Also, it has a beautiful garden although we couldn't use it because it was raining. And the price is very good for what it offers.
