Lovely place to stay in Ushguli. People at the reception are very helpful (helped us organize activities and the trip back to Mestia), rooms are nice and clean, there is no problem with access to the shared bathroom. The owner's dogs are huge and very friendly, and the little puppies were the cutest and an absolut highlight of our trip.

The two sisters are mainly responsible for reception. They have good English skills and are particularly friendly. They can provide all help and information about Ushguli for guests. Our couple moved in with our daughter, and the host enthusiastically upgraded us to a family room. It is particularly commendable that the geographical location is excellent, and the best camera position is on the high tower slope in front of the door, suitable for taking panoramic photos with snow mountains as the background. The breakfast at the guest house is very rich, and the quality of the dinner exceeds that of the surrounding restaurants.

Simple accommodation with authentic atmosphere. The food served was excellent, and the cozy warmth was exactly what we needed after getting soaked in the rain. The owner was helpful and even arranged transportation for us for the following day. It was a perfect place to dry off, relax, and enjoy delicious local dishes. Exceptional experience. Out of 5 guesthouses we stayed in during our time in Georgia the food here was by far the best, and the family was beyond friendly and helpful. wonderful, welcoming host, magical location, peaceful , amazing mountain views , on the outskirts of town towards the mountains and glacier, but a quick stroll or drive into town when needed, very cute and clean cottage, in a large field with a couple of horses, an outdoor fires. We also went horse riding arranged through the host- to and from our door . Highly recommend!
