We had a wonderful stay at Mosaic Hotel, the location was peaceful, but close to everything, and the staff was amazing and very helpful. Everything was clean and had such a cute vibe. The beds were so comfy and the bathroom was nice and very well equipped. I hope we will visit Chania again soon.

We took a private room for 1 night as we preferred some privacy. We stayed in the newer part of the hostel and the room was really modern, clean and absolutely lovely. I am delighted we chose the Arkadi Hotel for our stay. We were visiting Crete to celebrate my partner's birthday, so the very polite staff at reception noticed that and upgraded us to a better room with an amazing terrace view. Besides that on the actual date, we received a piece of cake up to our room. This is a remark about the hotel's values and understanding of true hospitality. Moreover, the hotel has a great interior and location. It felt boutique and Scandinavian, the room was clean and functionally well-designed and the breakfast was nice as well. I would definitely recommend and will probably visit again next summer.

The hotel and pool was amazing and so was every member of staff as they couldnt do enough for you... The rooms were massive with a very comfy Queen size bed and the steam room was a luxury to enjoy. Our breakfast was enormous with a variety of fruit, yogurt, cereal ,pastries, sausages and eggs. We will certainly recommend this hotel and be returning one day.

The hotel is very new and clean, for us it had everything we needed. The breakfasts were amazing!! Also we liked the location: it’s like 15-20 min going to the beach on foot and 3 min from the bus station, so it was very convenient for us to discover Crete😊 and of course thanks a lot to all the staff, everyone was friendly and helpful!
