I was recently in Greece for my best friends wedding. It also was my very first time visiting the country. My second accommodation in the country was the Nautilux Hotel. From the moment I walked onto the property and began to walk towards the entrance, I was met by a friendly face. His name was Nikitas. He welcomed me to the hotel and walked me to reception to get checked in. I expected a wait bc I was a few hours early. Areta was another friendly and helpful face who worked magic and got a room for me very quickly so I did not have to wait. Through out my stay she gave me a lot of helpful advice on places to go around to shop for a white dress:) . I also must mention Iliana, she was so nice and truly interested in how my stay was and if there was anything that she could do to make the stay more comfortable in the future. All the people that I encountered made my stay that much more enjoyable. The hotel is beautiful but the staff are wonderful.

I was upgraded from a standard room to a room with balcony. The view was amazing. Also great view from the top floor dining area where they serve delicious traditional breakfast. George the host was extremely helpful and friendly. 12/10

Clean spacious apartment with everything we needed. Communication with the host was great and we were able to get an early check in, which was appreciated. The bus station and old town were both easily accessible by a 10-15min walk and there was a supermarket close by for supplies.

Wonderful suite with elegant Interieur design and a fantastic terrace. Great view and evening vibes in the whirlpool. As the suites are located next to the center and lively beach promenade there is some music until late evening. What a warm welcome and such a lovely appartment. Luxury with a double shower and a really comfortable bed. The people are really friendly and we were able to check in earlier. Too bad we couldn't stay longer. We loved the location. You walk into the old town the moment you step out the appartment!

    Everything was perfect. The checking was really easy, the location is ideal, in the centre yet still really calm. The breakfast and rooftop were super nice. The room is decorated with a lot of taste and is very clean. I would like to add that the staff was so nice, it made our stay extremely pleasant. Cherry on top for the spa bath on our balcony.

    The apartment was very well equipped. Anna had even left us a welcome basket of food, condiments etc. It was spotlessly clean, and in a quiet location. It was ideal for us, as we were visiting family nearby. We were forewarned that it is an uphill walk from the beach, town centre etc.

    Excellent location. The apartment is very quiet and a great place to sleep. Excellent facilities - there is everything including laundry tablets. Very clean, inexpensive parking nearby and great local restaurants. Great contact with the owner. He is a very positive and helpful person. I highly recommend!

    The location was ideal. Close to the old town Rethymno for fantastic atmosphere and restaurants, close to the Fort and Harbour - and yet very quiet at night. I slept so well in a very comfortable bed with good quality linen and pillows. Andreas was always available at reception to answer questions and help with taxi contacts. My own balcony was a bonus where I could enjoy the afternoon sun. Good shower with hot water. Very clean. Having a kitchen with fridge was fantastic with supermarket only 3 minutes walk away. I plan to return soon!
