Very clean, comfy beds , the 2 bedroom suite is great for 3-4 people . The upstairs room has its own bathroom , downstairs there is another one, so it’s really accommodating. Location is great, close to the restaurants, number of beaches . The apartment itself has everything you need .

Wonderful, modern, comfortable complex between the villages of Metamorphosis and Nikiti, on the way to the second peninsula of Chalkidiki- Sithonia. The property is simply gorgeous. Modern rooms and villas, set on a wooded cliff overlooking the sea. The property has access to its own little beach, with very comfortable chairs and sun beds on a floating platform. Isolated beach. Calm, quiet, serene. Big pool also available, and a workout area. Cozy seating areas with stunning views of the sea for a drink, coffee, or just to chill and listen to the waves. I had the two-bedroom villa, which is very spacious and comfortable. You get your own patio and a little pools, plus views of the communal pool and the sea beyond. The property serves brekafast, but also has a proper restaurant for snacks and dinners. The food was EXCEPTIONAL. A total unexpected surprise. High quality food in a relatively remote setting. No dish was bad. In fact, we dined three nights in a row and quality was consistent. The fresh sauces were wonderful. The deserts were of such amazing quality. The fish and sea food absolutely fresh and delicious. Compliments to the chef. A limited, but good selection of wines. Wonderful staff. Great service. They are exceptionally polite and helpful. Even if something went wrong, it was immediately corrected. A very good crew. Place was clean spotless. It was the perfect, restful vacation I needed. The place exceeded expectations on all levels. Will return.

Everything. Patrice and Brigitte thought any small detail that would make their quests' experience great. On top of that they were both really great as hosts, especially Patrice showed me the whole facility and I can say once finished it will be one of the best facilities in Nikiti.

    Amazing train wagon turned into a cosy apartment. We loved the location, surrounded by olive trees, the amazing pool that was perfectly clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this place.

    This was second, hopefully out of many times to come, that we stayed at this hotel. It is at a very quiet and nice location with perfect balance of mountain and sea view. Very clean hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. There is an abundance of delicious food and drinks are served till noon.

    Very nice and cozy apartment with a beautiful view of the Vatopedi hills, a very quiet area to enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast, and even better in the evening to watch the sunset. Very quiet and peaceful at night. We had some friendly cats that would join us on the terrace in the afternoon. Local stores nearby to purchase everything you need for your stay. From there, you have many beaches to visit but it is recommended to have a car. The location was very clean, and safe to park your car inside.
