Hotel: The hotel smells very nice and is right next to Grand Batam. The infinity pool is lovely can oversee Batam city centre. Breakfast selection is not bad. There are cereal, yogurt, fruits, noodles and nasi lemak (no live cooking station). Surroundings: There are two spa places downstairs the hotel and are reasonably priced with great environment.

As describe, it’s a secure lift system with friendly security guards around. The place is clean with air-conditioned on when receiving your first day. The apartment is clean and smell good. The facilities are excellent, and the location is just right. Pollux Habibie is conveniently attached to a mall. Although the mall is still new with only a few outlets open, I believe it has great potential to become a new landmark in Batam. We inquired about an iron, as it wasn’t listed among the provided amenities. To our surprise, the owner went out of their way to provide one for us, which was a thoughtful gesture. I truly hope this place is well-maintained in the years to come, as I’m already planning to return. Overall, it was a fantastic and rewarding experience in Batam with a great place to stay.
