Clean, cosy rooms, exactly what you need when exploring Ireland. The room is quite small, but a perfect size if you're just looking for a place to sleep and explore the area during the day. Clean bathroom, nice beds, more than enough 'supplies' like coffe & tea and even cotton swabs and cotton pads. Melissa and James are the nicest people, they gave same excellent advice on places to visit and made our stay excellent. We forgot some items when checking out, but they really kindly offered to send them back to us, how nice!

Amazing location. The service was next level. The staff were so attentive and helpful whether it was booking dinner reservations or suggestions of things to see/do or which bus to take to get to our next destination. It was by far the nicest, most luxury place we stayed in Ireland and it was such a treat! From the beautifully appointed guest rooms to the gorgeous sitting rooms and the lovely bar area where we had such a nice cuppa with some cake after a long day of walking and exploring. It is all done so beautifully. The breakfast was absolutely incredible. It had the nicest options and were the best breakfasts we ate in Ireland by a mile. Not sure what their parking is like if you have a car as we came on the bus but it's essentially across the street from the bus stop and very close to the adorable downtown and a nice walk to the Fort.

    The location is perfectly situated in the picturesque streets of kinsale. The room while it was small was ideal for us to spend the night. Everything was spotless and the host was very efficient with the check in. The bed was super comfy as well

    Absolutely perfect two days. Excelent location in town center ( cheap parking nearby or if you're lucky, across the street ), friendly staff. Michelle is a star. Room was very clean and comfy. Best quality when compared to other places where we stayed in Ireland. Typical size for Irish B&B not built for big people, but in comparison with other B&B toilet and shower was a good size. Very good breakfast served in the cafe. All in all it was a very good experience and recommend for one night stay or longer.

    The location was ideal, a walk down a few steps to middle of Kinsale Village. The house itself was very clean, warm & brand new. very comfortable visit, I highly recommend. We have 4 kids & it was perfect. lots of living space & lovely comfortable outdoor area also, all light up at night with town lights. very beautiful location.
