The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. In a nice and quiet location, there is a bus stop right outside but you can be in the city centre within a 30 min walk. Staff were exceptional.

I think this is one of the best places I've ever stayed at. It is located just above St. Stephen's Green, making it walkable to alot of the sites. The staff upon arrival were SUPER friendly, helpful and kind. I loved not staying at a 'box hotel' and having this little Irish homey experience. They had a lovely little eating area, and the breakfast was plentiful and yummy. It was a little too cold and rainy for me to sit outside, but that backyard garden is even MORE peaceful in person. The room was so comfy I did not want to leave... and the bathrooms - GORGEOUS!!!!!!!! Basically, i want to live there.

Ashley was extremely helpful and friendly - could not have wished for better treatment from staff, nothing was too much trouble. The room was absolutely lovely - modern, clean and very nicely decorated - the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent!
