Very helpful staff at the receptionist (Lady from Argentina) hepled us beyond the scope of her duties. Oportunity to use bag storage, common kitchen and outdoor seating in the yard. Aaccommodation is designed as an imitation of army style, clean bunk beds, lockers, but with very comfortable matraces. A' bonus, there are quite light-tight outdoor blinds, so you can enjoy an undisturbed sleep. Light breakfast was a nice present - as said it if you get something for free in TLV, you will be pleasantly surprised. For our group - as we wandered via whole country just with backpack and sleeping under open sky, accomodation was better than we expected (we can compare - as we stayed in similar type of hotels years before).
