Whereabouts is in a great location with a rooftop overlooking the fort. It’s also next to delicious street food. Yashab and Aishwarya absolutely made our stay. They hosted us so well and were really useful with tips across Udaipur and our next destinations. I can’t recommend Whereabouts enough. We booked 2 days and ended up staying 4!

I had the best stay, the hostel is amazing, super chill vibes and the rooms are really cleans and quiet. It is super well located and the rooftop is a big plus, I recommend. Breakfast is so good!!!

Super friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to accommodate us. The location is the centre of the old city next to some of the main places to visit. Good activities offered by the hostel such as days out. Fun rooftop to hang out on that overlooks many temples.

I loved this place. The rooms are nice and clean and they all have an attached bathroom. You can also get food at the rooftop terrace. The atmosphere in the hostel is amazing and you can book activities through them (I did the bike tour, which I would 100% recommend to everyone). You also get a free chai at sunset which I think is a nice touch. Additionally, the view from the terrace of the hostel is just spectacular. Apart from the amazing people I've met, Pragya (one of the managers) was the best part about this hostel. She is incredibly helpful and makes sure that everyone is having the best time and that they feel welcomed. I would recommend this place to everyone, who wants to feel like they've found a piece of home away from home ☺️

As someone said before, it is the best hostel in India. It's clean. Real clean, not like the other Indian hostels and hotels. And the location is perfect, near the old town and with the best view (literally) in Udaipur. They are very easy going and friendly, and they even upgraded our room for free since it was low season and there were not so many tourists in town. Overall a really positive experience here. We enjoyed a beer at sunset on the rooftop that we will remember forever.
