The hotel is spotlessly clean and well furnished. But the main joy is the staff: from the reception team to all the housekeeping staff, nothing is too much trouble. We asked to change rooms as we were not used to traffic (we live in a remote area with very little noise), and this was done with no problem by the team. I can not recommend the hotel and the team highly enough. The next time we are in Bangaluru, we will stay nowhere else but at the Bilton. Thank you one and all.
