Cheap hotels in Kollūru

Absolutely loved the hospitality of the family there. Sanjana was super helpful from the time of booking right until the checkout time. She allowed me an early checkin, which helped me plan my rest of day 1. Always received a quick response whenever I messaged with a query. The house was clean and will give a calming effect right from the gate until the room. Clean washroom and drinking water. Also provided a kettle. Was thoughtful to help us with breakfast considering my mother was with me and we had to walk some distance. We were served with superb neer dose and chutney. Also happily gave my mom some sapling and red soil to take back home. Please give this place a try if you want a quiet calming time off from the hustle of the city life. Bus connectivity is great for the majority of the prime places - Udipi, Kollur, Kundapura, Hemmady. Overall, it was a satisfying short vacation at a serene place with some really sweet people.

I was just recently in Kalavady Farm and the place really exceed my expectations. The place is truly an exception in India, a hidden gem. Somewhere to relax and just chill, completely different to the busy and crowded India we are used to. This place just show you another one of the multiple faces of India, in this case one of the best ones. The hospitality of the marriage running the farm is outstanding, you could truly see here that the general idea that Indian people are very welcoming is in fact a statement. They would help you with anything to make your stay perfect according to your necessities and interests (suggestions of places and food in byndoor, nearby activities and sightseeings...). Plus the stuff in the farm is very efficient and attentive. For this and a milion reasons more I would strongly recommend this place to nature lovers or people who wants to disconnect for a while and connect with themselves. In Kalavady Farmstay there is place for everything from meditation in the chill accommodated area, evening of swimming pool, movie nights or just relax with a few drinks and the famous street samosa of Byndoor at the shadow of the cashew trees. Definetly one of my best stays India.
