The location is something special. You find yourself in the middle of a medieval Jewish quarter, a very touristic place. Though at nights it is so quiet and the local life comes its way... The reception was exceptional. The guy (sorry, I forgot his name) was as attentive and helpful as you may only think of. All of his recommendations were really the best. Thank you!

People make the place. Certainly Jasmin and Stanley made our stay akin to a home away from home. The backwaters trip was exceptional. Enjoyed the non-commercialised ambience, better than Allepey. Stanley also arranged our airport taxi with Anuar. Whose driving skill and friendliness made it a wonderful experience.

Budget friendly Rooms option for Traveller like us. Fantastic part is, 5 star resort facilities is accessable from their sister resort Ramada Kochin at walkable distance. Breakfast at a nice Restaurant in Ramada. Pool and resort facilities was fantastic in Ramada.

Very very spacious and super nicely decorated room ( the ceiling, the lights, furniture), very complete and with the heritage feel. Very friendly owners who provided tips where to go ( we loved the Kerala museum, which provided nice overview of history) and the Mattancherry palace with Dutch maps from 1670. We also enjoyed the Kerala breakfast at Kowdi and the packed breakfast for our train journey 😍
