The property was fine, nothing extraordinary, but served its purpose. It was clean, kitchen equipped and bathroom clean and quite big. The bedroom was perfect, the bed was big and the matress very comfy. There were no problems, I read some of the bad reviews, but we had quite a good stay. There was enough toilet paper.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. We rented two bedroom apartments- one new and one older one. Both were very well maintained. I loved the Italian feeling in the old one, but if you come with kids I’d recommend new one. It’s well isolated, more space and strong AC. The owners were just a delight. We would receive something fresh for breakfast (fresh juice or sweets). It was so nice! Felt like in a family even we had to communicate with google translator :)

Everything was just amazing. Brand new villa with comfortable rooms having all amenities such as mini fridge, kettle, hair dryer, hair straightener, shaving foam, toothbrushes etc, comfortable space and lovely views, very nice pool area, spa facilities including use of sauna and jacuzzi in a private area and absolute cleanliness. Ketty and Sebastiano are truly great hosts who make you feel like family. Ketty very attentive and caring, Sebastiano very helpful with suggesting places to visit and how to best get there, Pietro patiently answering my questions on WhatsApp before arrival and sending us location to come and meet us to make sure we don't get lost even though the villa is easy to reach. The villa is close to other beautiful areas such as Cassibile and its lakes, nature reserves, beaches, syracuse, ortigia, Noto, Modica, Scicli, Ispica. Avola Centre, the almond museum and Avola lungomare are just 5 mins away by car, also very nice. The villa is surrounded by all types of views, sea, country, citrus and olive fields, and hills and the area is very peaceful. The breakfast was also every morning very good and fresh. We also liked tgat the villa has four rooms in all so its never crowded and feels like home. Staying here made our holiday a relaxing and perfect one indeed.

We had a wonderful stay at Dimora Terranova! We booked the double room, which is the smallest of the 3 but it was spacious and comfortable. The interior was beautifully designed—modern with a high standard of finish. There’s a built-in closet space with hangers where you can store your clothes and suitcase, as well as two chairs and a small ‘desk’. The bed was long (a great feature for tall people!) and the mattress was very comfortable. The owner, Ignazia, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. I really appreciate it when the owner greets you personally and clearly cares about your experience. She helped us find free parking nearby. Ignazia speaks excellent English and has a great sense of style—it was a pleasure to meet her. Breakfast was a lovely part of each day. In the morning, you just slide the door open and are greeted by a warm and friendly lady (I believe her name was Valentina), ready to make you coffee or tea. The breakfast includes both savory and sweet options and everything was delicious. We truly enjoyed our time at Dimora Terranova and would gladly return!

The property is located in the quiet neighbourhood close to the city center. The apartaments are very modern, spacious, cosy and bright, comfortable and very well maintained by the host. To our surprise the bed and the entire bedding, as well as the bathroom was of the highest quality possible, which in our experience is pretty rare. Our host Alessandra was very attentive to all our needs, warm and welcoming. She also shared with us a lot of useful information about the Noto and the surrounding areas, gave a lot of advice and recommendations regarding places worth visiting, restaurants to dine in, famous city monuments to explore. Her sincere care, attention and all the help she gave made our stay in Noto enjoyable and unforgettable!
