Absolutley fantastic place, staff is extremly service minded and helpful. Relaxed and calm atmosphere. Breakfast is very good and restaurant serving dinner is excellent. One of the best places we ever have visited.

Broni is a good base to visit Pavia and its wine growing region. The flat is on the top floor of a small, welcoming and clean block of flats ( there is a lift but we hardly ever felt the need to use it), with air conditioning in the bedroom. There is very good security (gates and doors), and a designated parking space at the foot of the block of flats (off-road). We really liked the flat for many reasons: very clean, attention to detail from the owner (enough good quality sweet- smelling towels, enough toilet paper, kitchen toilet and cleaning products, olive oil, salt etc). Good shower, washing-machine. Good internet, TV. Nice family pizzeria about 10 min walk (cheap too). Nice and friendly bar with outdoor comfortable lounge seats a few minutes on foot. Several little supermarkets a few minutes walk. (or 3 min. by car). Very friendly, English-speaking host. At the end of our 4 day stay, we were able to buy a few bottles of wine from the owner's family - their son came specially to bring us the bottles - as we had not had time to do the visit (advertised on the internet). A most interesting part of our holiday! We will definitely come back if we ever are in this part of Italy again and we wholeheartedly recommend this property.

We were on the road and decided to stop here — and we were incredibly lucky to find this place. The villa was spotless, cozy, and welcoming. The view from the terrace over the Italian vineyards was breathtaking, and the sunrise truly magical. We are very grateful to the hosts for their warm hospitality and such a wonderful experience.

We were on the Via Francigena on bicycles. Anna & Carlo were very welcoming and warm. The apartment we stayed in was absolutely wonderful with a fantastic balcony. They were incredibly helpful.

    The off the road parking is useful. I liked the location and the view is indeed wonderful. With such a great view and a nice big terrace I was suprised and a little disappointed that there was no chairs and table there to make the most of the view. An opportunity missed? The host helpfully recommended a good place to eat nearby. It is a little far to walk so its best to drive but definitely worth the effort. I arrived a little cold and wet so was glad that the heating was on!
