The breakfast was wonderful. You could choose anything you wanted and it was delivered and left outside your room on time. Great warm croissants! Lots of coffee pods. I only had one, but nice to have the choice. Balcony with chairs and table. Aircon in bedroom.

Nice staff at the reception and on the territory. Everything is comfortable in the rooms - pillows/mattress/shower/balcony/view. There is an elevator. Free transfer to the center of Como and paid transfer to/from the airport. Excellent area with sun loungers by the pool. There are additional beach towels in the room. The staff carried the luggage to the room - now very few hotels offer such a service.

Daniele greeted us personally at check-in, ensuring we had everything we needed and even guiding us to park our large van in the garage, which was incredibly helpful. Throughout our stay, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The rooms were kept impeccably clean, and the breakfast supplies—especially the biscuits and juice—were replenished, adding to the overall comfort. One of the standout gestures was the offer to dry our clothes after washing, despite the accommodation not having a dryer. It’s small, thoughtful touches like these that truly set this experience apart.
