Excellent stay for one night in Chioggia - incredible value for money, Cesare is a fantastic host and was available to answer all of our questions with kindness and patience. The bed is very comfortable, the building felt safe and the room facilities are excellent - one of the best showers I’ve had!! One thing to note which Cesare kindly informed us of is that in Italy AC is controlled seasonally, so for us personally coming from a cold country, April is very warm, and so too was the room. Opening the windows made this a very minor issue, but good to know for reference! I could not recommend this place highly enough, and would definitely stay again without hesitation!! Thank you :)

Brilliant accomodation. Lift was necessary for me. Knowedgeable host. Very happy with stay. Plenty of good fish food restaurants . One actually 30 meters from B&B entrance.

the studio is located in the city center so everything can be reached by walk (however parking is quite a walk bc in the center it‘s not allowed) it‘s very comfortable with everything you can wish for, clean and there is a very nice balcony. communication with hosts was easy and they are very kind

Everything was easy… lovely breakfast (across the road) a great way to start the day, easily accessible and efficient transport to Venice and to the Port of Chioggia, lots to see exploring the locality, host very helpful.

Located in the heart of Chioggia, clean and new. Easy self-check in & check out. There‘s no fridge in the room, which for us was an advantage as it is hence super quiet, but might be an issue for guests who bring food/drinks needing refrigeration. If coming by car you can unload your luggage at the appartement but need to park elsewhere. With a motorbike, parking in direct proximity is not an issue at all.

    A wonderful place to stay with a family. The location is in a quiet and cozy place. Very clean, bright and comfortable apartment.During our long stay, we missed a washing machine. But, if necessary, you can use the laundry.Definitely recommend for a family holiday.

    Easy (and cheap!) bus ride from airport, then 15-minute walk. Excellent location for cruises out of Chioggia port. Less crowded than Venice itself. Plenty of choice of restaurants, cafes and shops.

    Very clean, pleasantly decorated apartment in a central location. Good sound insulation. It felt like one of those demonstration mini-homes they have in IKEA showrooms - amazing how much they can fit in a tiny space! Very secure parking. All facilities were quite new and worked well. Lovely town.

    Excellent. Spacious room and bathroom. Excellent location. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Lorenzo and his mother were very helpful and made us feel at home, even preparing some breakfast items when we had to leave early.

    Central location, close both to Chioggia and the beaches by walk. Bars, restaurants, shops nearby. Very spacious and very clean apartment, ideal for max. 3 people. Nice and helpful owners, whenever we asked something they replied quickly and sent us their advices. Nice terrace. Parking possibilities nearby (5min walk) costs 15-17 euros/day. Washing machine on the ground floor in a common laundry room. Aircon it the living room-kitchen only, but it works well, so if you want to cool down the bedroom, just leave the door open.
