Self check in very easy Location on the via francigena. 10 min uphill walk to the old town. Easy few minutes walk to good bus connection Apartment felt luxurious. Modern decor. Spacious. Absolutely beautiful vintage Italian apartment, fully equipped with more than I needed. It is very quiet and peaceful and cozy. And the host was very attentive, friendly and caring. It felt like a home, like place where I could imagine quiet peaceful living. Everything you need is close at hand, from restaurants to groceries to nature and yet it is not busy and allows for good nights rest.

    The bedroom was super clean as well as the bathroom. Towels were cleaned if indicated which is great to reduce water consumption. Breakfast time was ideal, too. The location in the center of Colle and very close to the bus stop to go to Florence makes the hotel an ideal choice. Breakfast was good with the option to request for macchiato, capuccino or espresso.

    The hotel was beautiful and rooms fantastic. Very large, lots of storage and excellent bathrooms and huge beds - so plenty of space. The hotel was very clean and all the facilities provided.     Everything was super nice at Villa Luisa. Me, my husband and my little son had a wonderful time. The host Emiliano was very welcoming. Thank you and your wife Claudia for the welcoming cake and wine and the groceries. The house has everything needed and it's very clean. It's a very nice and strategic location too for visiting Toscana. We felt like we were at our house. Definitely a place to revisit.
