The place has all the little extras - bikes to use for free, reserved sunchairs at the beach. The staff was always helpful. To the extent that when I realised that I forgot something in the room after checking out, they sent it over mail all the way back to my home country. Is there better service than that?

Perfect location, close to everything, spotlessly clean, rich and varied breakfast offer. In addition, the owners are very kind and helpful, they gave us advice on everything we asked for (programs, restaurant recommendations and reservations, etc.). We were in pre-season, Lido di Jesolo was still quiet, a perfect location for exploring Venice and the surrounding area.

The hotel staff was tremendous. Front desk attendants were exceptional, always willing to help and always friendly. This also holds true with the rest of the staff (restaurant, bar, pool, cleaning). Everyone was dressed in a nice attire and actually cared about how you and how your holiday was going. There was a beach area for guests with pets, which was perfect because we had our dog with us so that was an unexpected surprise. Breakfast was great. A lot of choices and quality. The sea, beach and the surrounding area is relaxing. Croissant and espresso in the morning, Aperol & Peroni in the afternoon, and lastly prosecco, vino, and gelato in the evening. We will be coming back next summer, and most likely with additional people with us.
