I wasn't looking for perfection, and this location exceeded my expectations. The host Nadia, as well as her entire family including her son Giullliano and husband Emillio made our stay very relaxing. I can still smell the aroma of Kimbo coffee that is meticulously prepared next to the coffee machine and the Neapolitan peaches that were waiting for us with love from Nadia when we entered the house...what a warm welcome, and the benevolent attitude didn't stop there.., every day we had pleasant conversations and the best advice on how to get around. We visited Sorento and Positano which are 1.5-2 hours away, then Naples with the Metropolitan from Pozzuolis to MonteSantos in less than 30 minutes and on foot to Toledo, the historic center. We parked the car right at the station very cheaply (7 euros for 5 hours). And from the terrace we looked at the sea every morning, and even spent an evening at the lido di Varca, a resort with free beaches and frontal sunsets 10 minutes by car. I stayed at Hotel 2000 with my 10 year old granddaughter who is from Texas and spending the summer with me in Italy. We came to the Naples area as she wanted to see Pompeii and Mt. Vesuvius because she studied it in school this past year. The staff were wonderful and always willing to assist with any question. My italian is not very good so Stefano called in a food delivery order for us and he delivered it to our cottage. I was able to park right next to the door to our cabin. The flowers and trees on the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Each cottage has it's own small balcony. Grazie mille to all at Hotel2000

We started our trip to Italy with staying at this hotel. It is a stunning family run hotel. They are the nicest people and so helpful with recommendations on travelling to amalfi. Myself & my daughter stayed the night they ordered us proper Italian pizza when we landed after they picked us up from the airport. Our room was spotless and really comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here whether your travelling down to sorrento or staying in Naples. The owners are wonderful ♥️
