The courtyard and room were cute, but like everyone says, Dilyana is what makes this B&B special. Its like meeting an old friend. She will make sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, during my visit it was raining really hard, so she couldn't offer an evening meal on the patio of which she is known for. Riccardo has a book made specifically for these visits around and kindly tells everything and shows best places to eat. Parking is possible near to the doors of apartment, everything super clean, well equipped, bed - super comfortable. 2 TVs, modern, well maintained and thought through details everywhere. It is exactly as photographed if not better. Our hostess was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was generous and delicious. The accommodations were spotless. We are two, walking the Via Francigena.
