The accommodation was not only clean and comfortable but also appeared to be recently renovated. The bathroom was spacious and equally well-maintained. Prior to our arrival, we received a welcoming message via WhatsApp, complete with a detailed video guide on how to reach the property. It's important to note that many buildings in Naples have an older, less maintained exterior. This property was no exception, requiring a lift to the 4th floor which was exterior as in most buildings in Naples and a few steps down to access. However, the interior lived up to our expectations. The reception staff, especially Maria Chiara and Francesca went above and beyond to ensure our room was ready early due to our flight's early arrival. The young receptionist Chiara greeted us warmly, offering valuable tips for dining and sightseeing, complete with a map. She was also thoughtful enough to provide her personal contact number for any urgent needs. The concierge service of the property, available until late evening, was both friendly and helpful. Conveniently located just two minutes from the Universita metro station and a mere three stops from Piazza Garibaldi, there is a stop right there number 11 in case you take the hop on and off bus. In all, the neighborhood was safe for evening strolls and provided easy access to the historic center and the seafront. The reception's daily check-in messages were a thoughtful touch, often missing in hotels or other accommodations. Overall, the location was excellent, and I would definitely consider staying here again on a return visit to Naples.

We had an unforgettable experience at Napoli Centro Suite and Spa. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness by Mattia, Isabel, her lovely mother. They were not only incredibly gentle and friendly, but also very informative and helpful throughout our stay. They gave us excellent recommendations on places to visit—some of which we would have never discovered on our own—and guided us to fantastic local restaurants where we enjoyed authentic Neapolitan cuisine. Thanks to their suggestions and hospitality, our trip felt truly special and personal. The location of the accommodation is another big plus. It’s very convenient, just a short walk from the metro, which makes it easy to explore Naples whether you’re staying for a few days or a longer period. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. We truly recommend this lodging to everyone. Very friendly, welcoming host that was very helpful. Very simple yet comfortable room that had a coffee machine as well as a breakfast basket which was filled every morning. Also our host was very responsive and this place was perfect for our two night stay.

The location is ideal, right in front of the Cathedral and within easy walking distance of most of the attractions. It also felt very safe. The breakfast was in the room and was very good with a good choice. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, full of suggestions about things to do.

    Our stay at Josepe and Antoin's bed and breakfast in Naples was perfect! The location is ideal near the center, the room was spotless and cozy most important thing clean and had all the stuff we need from towels bathroom essentials and kitchen aid, and the breakfast was at a dainty patisserie. Josepe and Antoin were incredibly welcoming and helpful they were in for any situation or advice. Highly recommend!

    The apartment was really spacious and very clean and comfortable - everything felt new as if it had been renovated and furnished recently. Met by host who was very helpful and friendly. The air conditioning was amazing! Location in the Spanish Quarter is ideal - so close to shops, bars, restaurants and the Port. This apartment is a great base for exploring Naples and the surrounding areas and tourist attractions - we would stay at this property again without hesitation.

    We were travelling as a group of friends and it was ideal for us. The location was very convenient for the port and a short walk to the city. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the host was very responsive via messages and helpful.

    The room was really well presented and had good facilities including a kitchenette with coffee machine and a new TV. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and kind. The location was very convenient for the railway station and only a fairly short walk (or an even shorter metro journey) to the historical centre. Neighbourhoods like Vomero and Chiaia are a little further away but still very accessible during the day with a quick (and cheap) metro ride.
