The room was clean, tidy and the bed was quite comfortable. The kitchen upstairs was very clean and had many appliances as well as essentials for cooking. I had a very enjoyable evening cooking in that kitchen. Andre was very friendly in his messages and very responsive. The self- checkin and check out instructions were very clear and I had absolutely no issues with that.

The location of the accommodation is excellent and it is right near the center of Reggio Emilia so you can go to the city on foot. There is also a free parking near the accommodation (in front of the cemetery, about 300 m away). The city center is beautiful, not so touristic and it is definitely worth visiting. There are also at weekends street markets in the city center. If you are in the city, you should definitely visit the Civic Museums of Reggio Emilia (free entry) and the Teatro Municipale Reggio Emilia, where are often concerts or other events. Anyway, buying Parmesan at the market is a must, because it is really good.

The space was such a nice surprise we were sorry we couldn't stay more. Even though the location is not in the historic centre it is still within a walking distance (maybe 15 - 20 min) or you can get one of the buses nearby. Teresa was a lovely host and took time to explain everything and walk us trough the apartment when we arrived. The place has absolutely everything that you might need. Sitting in front of the building to have your morning coffee was great especially since it is such a quiet and relaxing part of the town. Maybe a second chair would be nice for the outside area. There is a big supermarket nearby (around 5 min) and cafeteria/gelateria in the same area.
