I was sent all the access information directly to my phone via WhatsApp. Whenever I messaged them the replied promptly including when the electricity in the whole block went out (not their fault). Its a small simple space, ideal for solo or budget couples and the location is great. Probably not what you'd want for a long stay but for one or two nights its ideal. It is on the corner of a busy junction so noisy with the window open but we kept it closed and you could hardly hear anything. Cleaners came in everyday and room was spotless. The mini bar was reasonably priced and stocked up each day, great for light refreshments.
