The absolut most friendly and authentic charming little family-hotel in town. I loved staying there SO much. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast very good and 2 steps from the beach. And the small white town in up the cliff was so magical and charming.

Comfortable, calm and good location in Sperlonga. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was well equipped for that. We appreciated the dish washer and washing machine. Barbara was a very friendly host and replied in a fast and helpful way to our messages. We liked Sperlonga because there's stuff to enjoy (old town, restaurants, cafés, lovely sand beach) but it's still small, cute and walkable. Early October was perfect because we still had beach weather but without the crowds, the town was very calm.

We had an amazing stay at these apartments! The owner Luca is incredibly responsible and attentive – he helped us with everything from arranging transfers to giving recommendations about things to see in Sperlonga. He suggested a wonderful boat excursion, helped us with our luggage, and made sure we had the best internet connection so I could handle some work matters during our stay. On top of that, he brought us water, coffee, and fresh tomatoes, and even managed to book us a table at a Michelin-starred restaurant during a holiday. His English is excellent, which made communication very easy for us since we don’t speak Italian. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. Adorable sea style. We had 3 rooms for us 3 separately. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the beach, so a car is definitely recommended, we travelled by train from Rome and use the taxi every day, although he kindly offered us two bicycles (we didn’t use them as we were traveling with a child).

Our host was super helpful and kind when we ran into transfer problems from the train to the apartment. The courtyard was a delight and the house was charming, well equipped and comfortable. It was wonderful to be in a more rural setting with easy access to the town and the beach. Truly restful.
