This was our first trip to the Dolomites and my SHH was our first hotel. We could not had a better introduction. My SHH is the perfect place to stay and discover Val di Fassa. We stayed for only 1 night, and it was a great stay. The check-in was independent, making it easy for us as we arrived late at night. The room and bathroom were big and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. There was a small refrigerator, a 2 burner cooktop, a small sink and a microwave. Water, tea and coffee were provided in the room. There was parking outside and in a garage. The area was quiet, making it perfect to rest. The breakfast was amazing and it was varied with sweets and salty options. Location is great to explore the Catinaccio by foot. Thank you Franco and Verena for your kind attention! We definitely recommend it and will come back.

We planned to use this hotel as a base to do some of the mountain passes however it snowed and we stayed in at the hotel and made use of the spa. It was fabulous. Lovely pool and beds to look out over the mountains. Erica was fab with my massage. The outdoor pool opened at 1 pm and oh my! It was heated and you could just see the snow on the mountains! Breakfast was amazing with freshly squeezed orange juice from oranges in a machine. We were also half board here which was a good idea as there aren't really any proper restaurants in area. There are some bars serving food. Dinner was a buffet starter, then a starter,then a main and dessert. Of particular mention should be Samuele who was very helpful and friendly. As was the lovely girl on reception who is learning English.

The location is perfect. The food was in abundance. Breakfast buffet, afternoon tea, and a 3-course dinner. The food is so so good. All the meats were delicious, cured and cooked. Best cured meats I've ever had. The dinners were pretty special, different every night and with different themes. Afternoon tea is a bit of a treat, especially for the kids if they're allowed sweet things. There were fruits, sandwhiches, donuts, crepes, a chocolate fountain, pastries. The staff were awesome, kind, friendly, attentive and incredible with kids. We booked the Scoiattolo suite which was very comfortable for us, fun for the kids. Lovely views to the mountain and a big balcony to get some fresh air.

This is a very charming, cheap and cheerful, traditional alpine wee hotel. It’s gorgeous from the outside and inside it’s very cosy and welcoming. We were met, in their large and free in site car park, by the owner who was very friendly. 3 kisses on my cheek. The hall of the hotel has free tea and coffee and snacks that you can serve yourself whenever you like. We opted for the smallest double room and it’s not luxurious. The shower room is tiny but was very clean and modern. The room has loads of storage space even though the room itself self is small. We’d have had a great view of the mountain if it was better weather when we stayed. The mattress was very comfortable and we both had a great sleep. The town is very Tyrolean and lovely to walk around. We found a great wee bar. It’s only a 15 minute drive to Lado Di Kaprese. Honestly I’d really recommend this hotel as it’s so well priced. If I went back I’d opt for a larger room with a balcony.
