We had a fantastic stay here! The staff was incredibly attentive, the rooms were spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the linens were crisp and clean. The room had air conditioning, which was a huge plus. The location is perfect with great views. On the rooftop, there's a restaurant where you can enjoy a refreshing drink and a great shisha. The food, both for breakfast and dinner, was homemade and the quality-price ratio was excellent. We originally booked for just one night, but we enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay for another night. Highly recommended for a wonderful and affordable experience. We'd definitely come back!

Amazing location with the best view. Petra main entrance is only a 10 minute drive. Faisal and his family were amazing hosts. We felt very welcome! Also, great local food for breakfast and dinner. Would definitely stay again :)

The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. And what truly made my experience exceptional was the amazing service. Ahmad was absolutely fantastic—incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. He gave me great directions for visiting Petra and shared valuable tips for the other places I’ll be traveling to. The hotel also recommended a tour with Bayan, a very kind and trustworthy guide. He also helped me with transportation from the airport to the hotel, making my arrival smooth and hassle-free.

Of all the places we stayed at in Jordan, this was the best by a large margin. It ticked all our boxes, and more! ✅ Parking space - yes and yes (large, flat parking space available and I think that must be rare for this budget and area...). The parking sign can be a bit confusing when you enter from downhill... The smaller area is of Sofsaf hotel and just beyond the sign is a large parking area with a beautifully painted mural. ✅ Location - practically in the middle of the winding tourist street with lots of food options within 2 min walking distance and 15 min walking/ 3 min drive from the Petra Visitor Centre (the entrance to the ancient city) - caution - ask the manager about the road coz google maps shows a really narrow and steep one) ✅ Wonderful people - our hosts welcomed us warmly, explained the ways we could visit Petra and were always available for any queries. The owner looked a lot like Ashutosh Rana :) ✅ Spacious, comfortable rooms - Impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, well-equipped. The carpet lining a big portion of the spacious bedroom was just so soft and lovely. Bed - perfectly firm for a great sleep after the tiring journey across the ancient city. Bathroom - This was the first time I saw shower caps provided with scrunchies (how so very thoughtful!). The bathroom had a sealing door (something we hadn't seen before) and had a stool and a three-tier rack, as well as a soap dish near the shower. The shower space may look a little dingy because of the tiling paste/glue spots and the curtain with a little soiled bottom (as it touches the tiles to keep the shower water out) but it was very clean. Two large towels, two midsize towels and two face towels were provided, all incredibly clean and I think, made of Egyptian cotton. Every single amenity that we can think of was provided, and nothing was of extra charge. They even keep a mini-sewing kit. Breakfast spread was good too, with great coffee.

Ammar and his family are very kind. Communication was great and Ammar answer all our questions and request. Hotel is well located with many meal options around. Breakfast is also quite good with a fair options. Ammar always available, even he was our transfer to Petra Visitor Centre (2 min by car)

    Location was good, easy to get to and travel south to Wadi Rum and 15 minutes away from Petra. The home cooking for dinner was fantastic! The owner and son were very welcoming when I arrived and I enjoyed talking to the son at dinner. He also offered very good tips for visiting Petra.

    I would like to thank Nahar for his warm welcome, hospitality and high morals. He made my stay an unforgettable experience. It was an honor to meet him. I truly felt like I was at home. I have already recommended the hotel to all my friends and family, and I will definitely repeat my stay. The room is spacious, comfortable and very clean. The location is ideal after spending long hours walking in Petra. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in the city.

    Was a very pleasant luxurious wonderful stay at a incredibly cheap price Real 7 stars accommodation for cheaper price of regular motel Location is near the visitors center very quiet and nice site i give the site 20 out of ten you will find a park for the car instantly not crowded area fresh and clean air The owner was helpful generous and very sweet man I recommend everybody to try it out

    Very friendly, welcoming host. They also offered a "breakfast box" and tea even in the Ramadan period. The room is basic, but its okay, it has everything we needed for a short stay, compared to the cheap price. Its 15 minutes by car from Petra, so the location is good location if you have a car.
