The hotel was brand new and very clean. The staff were really pleasant and helpful.

Location was perfect and check-in process was very easy. Only a short stay with late night check-in and early morning check-out. Room was a good price for what it offered but was a little small. Very easy access to the train station and friendly staff. Still relatively comfortable overall.

Super location for activities in the area like transit to skiing, cycling and sightseeing. Right next door to the Shinkansen Joetsumyoko station made for easy access to Lotte Arai ski resort and Kubiki rail trail. The castle park in Joetsu is worth a visit with a large school of Koi in the moat following you hoping for a feed as you cross the bridge.

Good value for money, hotel’s location and complimentary eat-all-you-can breakfast is super amazing and perfect.
The staff were so nice and helpful.

Nice, comfortable business hotel with a buffet breakfast included. Convenient location near the train station. Comfortable but basic rooms.

Breakfast was great. very homey mum's taste, variety of menu. We really enjoyed staying there.
The location was ideal. Close to the station. bathhouse, restaurant(ootoya).
