The staff were wonderful, went out of their way to help. They were however unable to assist with cancelling a restaurant booking which needed to be done in Japanese, hotel policy apparently. They were embarrassed about this, it is a bit ridiculous! Washing machine in room is great, and they lend out hair straighteners, iron and board etc. Room was good size for Japan and comfortable.

Location is excellent. The design is classy, well maintained. Front desks are very polite, able to speak English and customer oriented. We booked their standard room and turned out it was abit too small for us with 1 kid, went to the front desk to ask whether they can let us change room type and happy to top up the price differences. The hotel front desk helped to change to the bigger room with complimentary. This is a plus point for their customer services. We were impressed! The room is comfortable, with complete amenities (even skin care), will stay in Nikko Hotel when we travel to Japan in future. 👍🏻

The room was much larger than expected and we had an amazing stay here in Kanazawa. The public transport to and from the station was also reliable and it was a great plus point to choosing to stay within the city rather than closer to the station. Facilities wise, everything is as described and we encountered no issues. Additionally, we were also able to easily communicate with the host/owner to clarify on any questions we had. Definitely a place I would highly recommend and return to in the future!

The location is really ideal as it is in the middle of a buzzling part of town. The room was quite spacious and very clean and the nespresso capsules were refilled every day (for free) 😀 We are a family of 4 and had a room with two single beds and a bed sofa. The sofa was turned into a proper and comfortable bed and we created one big family bed which worked well for the four of us.
