Conveniently located in Gondo in Nagano. Easy access by both train and bus lines. Supermarket nearby and nice neighbourhood. Great base to explore Nagano prefecture. Staff and Sasa-san were very hospitable and helpful. Amenities are all as described and perfect. The guest experience was well thought out by Gondo aioi and I confidently recommend this place.

The hostess was the most accommodating, helpful, friendly hotel proprietor I have come across in all my years of travel. When there was an issue with our booking (our fault) and the hotel was full, she went out of her way to sort out an amazing space for us to stay that night. She goes out of her way for all her guests in all facets of their stay. The great location, close to the train station, and free ski and snowboard rental gear are added bonuses.
