The hotel and room was lovely! The staff were very kind (allowing us to leave our luggage for the day), and the onsen was really relaxing! The location was excellent as well (only a few minutes walk from the station). Lastly, the hotel offered everything you need (from toothbrushes, to coffee and pajamas). Incredible value for the price!

The staff went above and beyond for us! We ran into some issues driving to Tottori and had to check in much later than was allowed but they waited for us and we could not have been more thankful after the drive that we had had. We went just to see the snow on the sand dunes and loved how accessible the sand dune park was to the guesthouse. We went during off season so we were able to have a private onsen which was fantastic. Can't speak highly enough of this place, staff, and experience.

The hotel was excellent. For this price i think is absolutely awesome. I strongly recommend for couple using. There is a lot of interesting things, good big tv with Netflix and another programs. Big bed and very fancy hair dryer.
