My mum and I stayed for two nights in this hotel and it was a wonderful stay. As we got off the bus the wonderful owner came and greeted us and welcomed us with tea and check in instructions. We were fortunate enough to have clear sky and the reflection on the lake of Fuji San is incredible. The room had the most amazing view of Fuji San, space, comfort and amenities. The lake location has two small cafe/restaurants that we visited. We also had one dinner in the common area, as the restaurants close early, again with an amazing view.They also sell drinks and snacks/ramen in reception too. The onsens are open until late and are very wonderful. A gorgeous panoramic 1 hour hike can be found 5 minutes walk from the hotel. All in all the stay was very lovely, the most memorable take away has to be the kind staff who were lovely to chat too, attentive and kind. The owner, a wonderful man who made us feel most welcome in his hotel. Would love to visit again.

New, clean and comfortable beds. Free car park and convenience store + restaurants close by. Toiletries and equipment provided were nice and new. Drinking water from tap and air purifiers available in the rooms. Nice set up and fun, amazing views of the alps and Mt Fuji around the property.

it is kinda of unique that's why we picked this place. it was nice for a night. when we checked in we could get free hot beverages and pick a frozen meal of our choice from the selection they had. it's well insulated, very clean, has all the minimum necessary and the bed was comfortable.

Good little holiday villa for 2 x couple. Very spacious and clean. Could see my Fuji from the top. There are limited taxis so best to rent a car.

These are standalone villas with roof top where you can enjoy barbecue. Barbecue set can be ordered at reception. Villas are very new, clean and very well equipped. Each house has Mt Fuji view. Really great place!

I had the pleasure of staying at Hachi Hostel from February 22nd to 23rd, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The tatami-style room was cozy and authentic, offering a true taste of Japanese culture. The highlight of the room was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of Mount Fuji right outside the window—it was like waking up to a postcard every morning. The hostel's location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The atmosphere at Hachi is relaxed and welcoming, with a unique charm that makes you feel right at home. The shared facilities were clean, well-maintained, and very practical for travelers. What truly stood out, though, was the kindness of the owner. They went above and beyond to assist us during our stay, making sure we had everything we needed.
