The entire floor has a series of similar flats opening to terrace and landing with microwave, ironing board and laundry lines. Very convenient location near Maharagama centre near the Colombo-Batticaloa highway and at a few minutes from Kotte and Polwatta. The host is fully proficient in accommodating all nationalities and provides a plethora of amenities for either cooking, cleaning, or refreshments. He also was assisting to further my trip in the most budget friendly and efficient manner. All of it for an unbeatable value for money rate.

I had a pleasant stay from the start. Rabani gave me a personal tour when I arrived, which made me feel really welcome. Gym was clean and fully equipped actually to my surprise. I loved the spa and the massage treatment on a sand bed! They also had some amazing personal care products - quite pricey but definitely worth it - Randi was super helpful and patient while I decided what to get. The infinity pool was beautiful, and the hotel had so many restaurants, each specializing in their own cuisine. I tried Yorokō, the Japanese restaurant, and Staten, the steakhouse—both were excellent including the staff as well. Supun, the guest services coordinator, even upgraded me to a bigger room for a better ocean view, which was a really lovely gesture.

Apart than the house being really beautiful, each time discovering another artistic detail, the location was perfect and central to beach and touristic attractions yet also a high end residential area. I asked for a pancake breakfast and it was delicious and the hosts were a couple that were inviting, friendly and always eager to help. I unfortunately only booked 2 nights but upon arrival I took pictures of this gem and sent it to my close friends. I am lucky to have found this place and will most certainly come back
