We spent three nights at this lovely house with a beautiful terrace offering a magnificent view of the Hanthana range. The cleanliness was impressive, and the bathroom was well-stocked with toothpaste, shampoo, and body wash. The breakfast and dinner was delicious. The family’s exceptional efforts to ensure our comfort coupled with all other facilities made it our best stay in Sri Lanka.

AMAZING STAY. Janaka and his wife are adorable and so hospitable. The place was very peaceful and the views are incredible. Janaka’s wife’s cooking was also nothing short of amazing! Would highly recommend and plan to come back one day in the future!

I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to local attractions and transportation. I absolutely loved everything about this place! The location is perfect, surrounded by nature. The food prepared by the owner was delicious, and it made the experience even more special. The house and rooms were spotless and comfortable. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The host was available at all time we needed him. We felt like home❤️Grateful and lucky to have stayed here. Highly recommend!

Villa is very beautiful and comfortable, the views are great, and our host - Laksitha is such a cool guy. The building is new and fully equipped. If you like, it's possible to arrange tours in the very competitive prices to other agencies or apps, with the neighbour of the house. You can also play with cute and friendly dog living there. Totally recommended!

This pristine two-story house is very spacious with a flight of stairs leading to the bath, bedroom and sitting area. The ceiling fan was adequate on most nights. The bedding is very clean and the bed comfortable. The large kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare meals. The location is in the town of Kundasale, a quiet, residential area, about a 20 minute drive to Kandy, depending on the traffic. There are an assortment of shops and restaurants about a 10-minute walk from the house. There are tuk tuk transport drivers available near the main road. Buddhi is the consummate host taking great care in giving excellent recommendations in Kandy and Kundasale. You'll be safe and in good hands at Liv House. I highly recommend this property.
