The accommodation is brand new and located close to great restaurants, cafés, and the beach. There is a beautiful, well-maintained garden where you can sit and relax in the middle of it. The host family is incredibly welcoming and just genuinely kind. We felt truly taken care of, and the breakfast was simply wonderful. Every morning, we were surprised with different delicious treats. You can really feel the care and love that has gone into every little detail. The Wi-Fi works very well, and there is also an outdoor shower. Overall, we had a truly wonderful time.

Loved it here! Beautifully designed modern rooms (apparently only refurbished a month ago), shared kitchenette space with fridge if you wanted to make your own food and drink, lovely outdoor space, good quality facilities, nice quiet location (we have been woken up staying on loud roads in Sri Lanka, this place however was tranquil) but still close enough to the beach, restaurants etc. Pubudu and his family were so welcoming and went above and beyond for us. Nice brekky too

My stay at Petit Paradis was exceptional! The property is beautiful, with a peaceful and thoughtfully curated garden. The common areas are always clean and inviting, and the house is tastefully decorated — everything feels very well maintained. It’s clearly a well looked-after home, with attention paid to every detail. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the amenities one might need (fridge, safe, toiletries, A/C, wardrobe, etc.). The location is also ideal, just a few minutes from the beach and close to several restaurants. But what truly made my stay special were the hosts. Prasem and Suzanne are incredibly kind, attentive to their guests’ needs, and always quick to respond. We shared some beautiful moments and I feel genuinely lucky to have met them. Honestly, I would return to Hiriketiya just to stay at Petit Paradis again, it’s a place where I felt completely at ease. At first, I hesitated to book because it was new on Booking and didn’t have any reviews (and the price seemed surprisingly low), but as soon as I arrived, I knew I’d made the right choice. I would sincerely recommend this place to anyone. Without a doubt, it was the best accommodation I had during my month in Sri Lanka. I wish them all the best in the future and truly hope to be back soon!

We had a lovely stay at Luxe Hiriketiya. The location is fantastic for the beach, a little further off the main strip - this makes for very peaceful evenings to enjoy the veranda. The room and bathrooms were beautifully clean and the communal spaces are very relaxing and cool. Most of all, Prabth the host was brilliant, he made sure we had everything we needed. A really nice place to stay, very pretty, and calm.
