Gorgeous boutique hotel. Such a calm, welcoming space. The pool was wonderful to cool down in. Staff were exceptional- friendliest we’ve meet in Sri Lanka. Rooms had high ceilings, polished concrete floors. Breakfast were scrumptious. The staff were 10/10!!!! Recommend this place to all who appreciate good things and great service

Absolutely lovely stay at Munril Guest! The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with both air conditioning and a fan. The villa itself is beautiful, with a peaceful and green setting just a few minutes by tuk-tuk from the city center, a perfect balance of quiet and convenience. The facilities are excellent, but what really stands out is the incredible friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts. They even offered free rides to local sights, which was a wonderful bonus. Breakfast was also delicious and well-prepared. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jaffna!

This is an exceptional place where you can truly escape the hustle and bustle of every day life, where you are lulled to sleep at night the sound of waves. The eco-conscious huts are exceptionally well made and comfortable. Staff are universally friendly and helpful and the food is delicious. Do not miss the cuttlefish curry which is to die for. The very friendly owner went out of his way to help me plan my days in Jaffna. Highly recommended

The house owner Mr Biren Mahendran is very cooperative when booking the house. And the location is very peaceful, beautiful and secure. Well sufficient for a family or a group. Rooms are well cleaned and furniture are modern. Having a modern kitchen with all the necessary equipment. Really enjoyed the stay. The caretaker Mr Kerthi was very much helpful and he's fluent in Sinhala and English. Worth the money. Located in 550m away from Jaffna-KKS road and 9.5 Km away from Jaffna.

I booked a homestay through Booking.com and had the most heartwarming experience staying there with my dad. From the moment we arrived, we felt like part of the family. The host, his wife, and their only son were incredibly kind and welcoming. They even cooked us a lovely meal, which made the stay feel even more special. The place was spotlessly clean, peaceful, and full of warmth. We never felt like guests—we felt like we were at home. Their kindness truly made our trip memorable. Best place I have visited ať Srí Lanka. Very helpfull owner, she aranged everything what I needed( scooter, hena painting, tuk tuk, food…) Comfortable bed, big and clean room, kitchen and teras to the garden. Good location at calm place. I really recomend this guest house!!! I would come back again. 👍😁

This property is super clean, it shines .!The proprietor is helpful and he allowed us to leave bags in our room when we we went on a trip to delft island, basically he gave us the rooms free for that extra night as he was quiet at the beginning of the season in Jaffna , he is a kind relaxed gentleman, he is not doing food at the moment but he provided a good kitchen with microwave , kettle and fully stocked with cutlery and crockery in his beautiful home apartment, the apartment had a huge terrace balcony for relaxing.
