The house owner Mr Biren Mahendran is very cooperative when booking the house. And the location is very peaceful, beautiful and secure. Well sufficient for a family or a group. Rooms are well cleaned and furniture are modern. Having a modern kitchen with all the necessary equipment. Really enjoyed the stay. The caretaker Mr Kerthi was very much helpful and he's fluent in Sinhala and English. Worth the money. Located in 550m away from Jaffna-KKS road and 9.5 Km away from Jaffna.

Helpful property manager (Mathushan) who was always around and willing to assist. Fantastic Jaffna breakfast served when ordered the night before. Clean indoor swimming pool (though not very deep) to help relieve from the Jaffna sun. Great rooms and bathroom. Interesting local art/photos on the walls as well.

Beautiful big appartement with fridge. The balcony is so beautiful! Sitting there and see the real Srilankaan lifestyle ! Cows were picked up by the owners beautiful to see! It’s a 7 minute drive from the centre ( tuktuk 300lkr) but what made this place so special is the owners! The food is finger licking so delicious! We got a lot of information about things we could see in beautiful Jaffna! We definitely stayed again here!

I had a wonderful stay here. The location is very central, making it easy to get around Jaffna. Despite being in the city, it's a peaceful and quiet place to relax. The rooms are equipped with good air conditioning and nice showers. There are both ground and upper floor options available. Every morning, you can choose the type of breakfast you prefer, and the breakfast itself is tasty and fresh. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I also had the chance to meet the owner we had some great conversations. You can really feel the passion behind this place, and it shows in the care and attention given to guests.
