Convenient to the center of Maharagama. Tuktuks and buses are also easy to use. The air conditioner is working so it's comfortable even on hot nights. The owner and staff are very friendly. On the first day, we were able to pick you up at the airport. Paid. Very reassuring.

Amazing Place. Super clean - the cleanest place we stayed in Sri Lanka!! Hot showers, cold AC, comfortable beds. There is a kitchen with all of the facilities, tea and coffee was provided and the living room had a tv which we had to ourselves as we were the only guests! Location is a lovely quiet area, listening to the birds in the morning with a cup of tea was like heaven 😍 We also enjoyed watching the fish as there are 2 tanks and a fish pond, and there are some of the cutest dogs with the owners upstairs. The staff were fantastic. Wish we found this place earlier and booked a longer stay, but we are flying home today. Highly recommend this Guesthouse

We stayed 03 nights at Burberry Residence as a family with 2 kids and we are quite happy we booked this apartment for our holiday in Colombo. The hosts were amazing, Ashan and his brother and their team Suresh, Raju, and Sunil made every effort to make our stay comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the 2 bedroom apartment was well maintained. I wanted a few printouts and both Ashan and his brother helped get me those free of costs which I appreciate much. Suresh, Sunil, and Raju were quite helpful and did our laundry on short notice. Ashan allowed my request to allow my friends and relatives to visit us during the stay and a big thank you Ashan for that! I will certainly book next time as well and recommend Burberry Residence to anyone who wants a quiet, spacious, and clean apartment for a holiday stay.

Very large room with kitchenette and bathroom, huge flat screen smart TV and A/C. The entire floor has a series of similar flats opening to terrace and landing with microwave, ironing board and laundry lines. Very convenient location near Maharagama centre near the Colombo-Batticaloa highway and at a few minutes from Kotte and Polwatta. The host is fully proficient in accommodating all nationalities and provides a plethora of amenities for either cooking, cleaning, or refreshments. He also was assisting to further my trip in the most budget friendly and efficient manner. All of it for an unbeatable value for money rate.

    Very conveniently located in the city. Close to all shops, restaurants and other facilities. It is a lovely 3 bedroom house with air conditioned rooms. Very clean rooms, modern kitchen. Secured parking was a deciding factor for me when looking for accommodation for our tour in Sri Lanka. Owner and the property manager are very friendly and helpful in every way possible. Respected our privacy throughout our stay.

    Peaceful atmosphere. Exceptionally clean. Travelling around was easy. Tuk tuks readily available and rates reasonable. Shops & restaurants close by. Sashi (the man Friday) very friendly & helpful. He keeps the apartment very clean. Had a wholesome breakfast which was full, tasty & comparitively cheap! Very happy with our stay! ❤️

    Place itself is very clean. Bathroom was exceptionally clean. I didn't cook myself but there is a small kitchen to cook. The location of the property was very close to everything. And security of the property for a solo traveller is very high. Host of the property was great to communicate and deal with. They accommodate all of my needs. Room had an air-conditioner and living area had a ceiling fan. Overall this is a fantastic property and I will rebook this place without any second thoughts when I visit Sri Lanka next time.
