place is quiet for those who love nature and it is safe. We were two girls and we had fun. The lady and man who were in charge of the place were very friendly. Mr. Andrw the manager is a wonderful person and very helpful. He tried to provide us with comfort and we were able to have breakfast and use the swimming pool in the neighboring hotel.

Large clean room. Ac, Tv, hot water. Balcony where you could watch the elephants walk by on the way to the river to bathe. That was a great experience to watch the elephants a few feet from the Balcony and also a couple of minutes walk to watch them bathe.

We made a last-minute booking and were lucky to get the Sky Villa – a true gem and hidden treasure! The view was absolutely breathtaking, with a private jacuzzi pool and an unbeatable sense of privacy. The service was exceptional, with staff operating at the highest level of professionalism. Totally worth the price. The feeling of being on top of a giant rock is indescribable – truly unique! The room was brand new, and we learned the hotel only opened three months ago. Unbelievable good, the place is amazing. Everything is new and good quality There is a small rooftop infinity pool with a view of the jungle. The room has full length picture windows. The staff; Lakshitha and Guyan did everything we wanted and much more. They can arrange for an evening meal because, once you arrive you will not want to leave

Wow, I really recommend this place. The owner was super super helpful and really nice. I never had an experience like this before. It was our first night in Sri Lanka and he helped us with transportation (we came by public bus). He told us where to go etc. The room was really nice. He borrowed us an adapter extra blanket and also a mosquito net. We were with him to elephants, bets and waterfall. All the time he asked us if we needed something. Even after accommodation he told us that he will help us if we need it. We also got pick up from the bus station.

I had an absoulutely beautiful experience staying at Mystay. Hosts were incredibly attentive to anything I needed, they were always available to provide great info about nearby spots and prices. While Mawanella in not a main tourist hotspot there are some gorgeous spots to explore if you like nature such as river with waterfalls, several hiking spots and trekking paths through the rainforest, it is an awesome location for nature lovers. Also, it's proximity to Kandy and Elefant sanctuary puts you in a great location to explore surrounding attractions. Hosts were always able to arrange local transport to wherever I needed to go and for amazing (local) price, can't thank them enough. Breakfast was wonderful, home made and super tasty. They also provided fruit and tea for my relaxing time, also plenty of bottled water all the time. Place is very spaceous and comfortable with garden around the house, there is also a lovely erected area, like a treehouse, for you to enjoy, that is surrounded with greenery, a great place to just relax and see some birds etc. All in all, a wonderful family that I'm happy to have met and I'm so thankful for all their help with information and transport. Hope I'll be able to stay there again sometines in the future.

Our first overnight stay in Sri Lanka and it couldn't have been better. Fantastically good home-cooked food with pleasant chats with the family.
