The staff is very friendly and helpful. They will answer all your questions and make all your wishes come true - want to arrange a private tour? They will organize it! Want a transfer to the airport, but the check-out time for the room is later than your transfer? No problem, they will look after your things and you have the opportunity to stay on the hotel grounds until departure. In Montenegro, cash is preferred (almost everywhere "cash only"), but in the hotel you can pay by card. The pool creates the illusion that you are swimming in the sea, which is very convenient when the beach is crowded or you want to swim a little in the evening, without worrying about the pebbles on the beach. I highly recommend massages! The price and quality of the massage are definitely worth it, in two sessions the masseuse completely relaxed and straightened my problematic back, for which I am immensely grateful to her. I highly recommend this hotel to those who want to experience the best holiday by the sea with a share of relaxation and the feeling of luxury. Holidays in Ponta Plaza were truly a holiday, I did not have to worry about anything. Thank you to all the amazing staff.

Everything was exceptional. Attentive people, it seems like it’s a family hotel, the atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing. My son and I got sick with virus on our last day and hotel personelle were super helpful and attentive. The hotel itself is beautifully built. It is very rare when I want to stay at the hotel instead of going to explore, and this was the case. The pool is very clean, and the view from the terrace is priceless. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh and some produce was from their own garden. Leaving very rested and well taken cared of.

The serene sea, the boats gently swaying in the harbor, and the historic charm of the city created a peaceful and almost poetic start to each day — moments we will always treasure. Breakfast was an absolute feast — offered à la carte, with an impressive variety and impeccable service. A heartfelt thank you to Atakan, whose warm demeanor and graceful presentation turned each breakfast into a moment of joy. His kindness and attention made a real difference in our mornings. The hotel’s private bay, accessible by shuttle, was a highlight of our trip — peaceful, pristine, and perfectly organized. We would also like to sincerely thank Ozan at the beach for making us feel truly special with his constant attentiveness and refined service. And none of this would have been possible without the incredible effort and hospitality of Ms. Müge and Ms. Özge. Your flawless coordination and warm smiles made our entire experience seamless and unforgettable. We left with hearts full of joy and gratitude.
