Nice place if you have a car cause it has got private parking. Next ro Zablijak (you do not want to stay in the center of Zablijak during busy periods). Clean room. Close to the Durmitor park and car route till the Piva lake. Would definitely fo again.

My stay was absolutely perfect. From the very first moment, I was warmly welcomed and felt at home right away. Everything is brand new, spotless, and thoughtfully designed – the house looks even better in person than in the photos. The host was amazing, always available and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. It’s clear they truly care about their guests’ comfort. The location and atmosphere are excellent, and the house itself is modern, cozy, and fully equipped – an ideal place to relax and enjoy. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back.

My friend and I arrived earlier than the check-in time stated in the booking, and the host kindly let us in three hours in advance. We asked for an extra blanket and it was brought to us very quickly. The atmosphere was very cozy, with an amazing view of the mountains from the window. We only missed having a stove to cook hot meals. We especially loved the coffee machine with capsules! Everything was spotlessly clean. The location was excellent — close enough to Black Lake and Žabljak, but still quiet. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely come back! P.S. In the morning, a lovely ginger cat came to the house — it was so cute!

We stayed in Žabljak at the end of September and really enjoyed the house. The hosts were wonderful and answered very quickly, even though we booked on the same day. The house is new and everything is well planned. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Even though it rained in the evening, the heater warmed the house very well, so the weather outside did not matter. We were very happy with our stay, the beautiful nature around, and the short distance to the Black Lake (this was the main reason for our trip). The most important thing is that the hosts allowed us to stay with our dog, which was very important for us. We truly recommend this place from the heart.
