Close to the airport, but the village is quiet and nice. We have late arriving, Frans (host) met us at the airport. After a long flight in the midnight, it's very nice to find cold water, Italian wine, juice... in the refrigerator. Rooms are clean, comfortable, well-equipped kitchen. Service is friendly, host is very helpful. Supermarket and street food nearby is very cheap.

This hotel was a real surprise! Generally everything in the room was made by high quality materials. To be more specific, the room was big, very cozy with a big full equipped kitchen and a very confortable bathroom. Everything was super clean and the refreshment of our room was daily. There is a little pool on the roof which gives a nice touch to the hotel. We visited Malta in the middle of October and the weather was like summer so the pool was everything we needed to relax and also was a perfect choice for somebody to enjoy Malta from above! Also the staff was very kind and helpful, even since before we arrive the hotel. They always answer the phone and the messages and they were always ready to solve our questions! As for the location, it is close to everything. There are buses close to the hotel. But we usually used to go on foot to Sliema port and take buses to Valleta or other destinations. Also there are ferries for Valleta which you can try. St Julians is close enough too. In conclusion, I would definitely recommend this hotel! Plus, it is absolutely value for money!

Our stay at Palazzo Castagna Boutique hotel was an unparalleled experience. The serene room, outstanding staff, and exceptional food all combined to create a memorable stay. I had read several reviews mentioning the disturbance caused by nearby church bells. However, to our delightful surprise, this was not our experience at all. Even with the hotel's proximity to the church, our room remained a haven of peace and quiet. With the windows closed at night, we didn't hear a single bell, ensuring uninterrupted sleep and a serene atmosphere. This hotel is not just a place to stay; it's a destination in itself, one that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a flawless hotel experience. A well-deserved ten out of ten!

    Lovely guest house near the Malta airport and that was the main purpose why we booked it as our flight arrived late night. 15-20 min walk and you are in the hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable, nice breakfast. Staff very welcoming. Our online check-in didn’t succeed but it wasn’t problem at all as nice lady opened a room for us remotely. Location not the best for longer stays but perfect for late arrivals and early departures.

    Stayed here for the last day before heading to the airport, very convienent location. Very clean and comfortable and easy to get a park infront of. Very well equiped bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette with multiple european and UK power outlets. Centrally located for all of Malta and a nearby cheap supermarket (Lidl).

    The room looks even nicer than in the picture. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. We got a pre-prepared breakfast in the fridge since they know we leave early in the morning for the flight. Also, location is very convenient, 15mins away (incl. walking and bus ride) to the airport by bus, which available during nighttime.
