Location was excellent, just two minutes walk from the city center. Breakfast was not included but there is excellent kitchen utility at the place, and supermarket is very close! One of the best accommodations i have ever stayed, Mr. Khalid is very great and approachable, there is a parking on site which is a life saver. Best recommendations for this house! Great value for money! PS. apologies to the young lady for scaring her at the arrival :)

Everything was fantastic! Very kind and charming landlady - tidy, clean, cozy and the bed was SO comfortable! Breakfast was both sweet and salty with different types of bread, various choices of meat and local cheese, croissants, honey/jam/chocolate spread, yogurt and fresh fruit, I mean... It's really beautiful! Charm, character, cleanliness, and the owner is just so incredibly kind and helpful. Just a hop, skip and jump from the main square, the Markt. Gouda is just so pretty. Great place to work from, btw, if you have to work as we did, is the Chocolade Fabriek, just along the canal to the left as you exit the house. And the cafe at the museum is wonderful!! We loved it all. Amazing stay! Thank you!

This is an excellent home from home! Angelique has made a beautiful bespoke small house out of the coach house. They both gave an excellent welcome. They have really thought about attention to detail which made you feel comfortable. We used the sofa bed downstairs and asked for the beds upstairs to be separate all of them were very comfortable. The walk into town is very quick, you can be in the town square in 10 minuets. I would throughly recommend this as a place to stay.

Great room. Beautifully furnished, with care for details and also very functional. It is visible that the owner pays attention to guests comfort. Quite spacey room at ground floor, easy to access. Good shower, small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, electric kettle and a sink. Plates, cutlery, all you need. Very comfortable main bed, with adjustable mattress position.

    A big comfortable room with an equiped kitchen.. There is a restaurant downstairs, with delicious food and reasonable prices and friendly stuff. The location is wonderful, by the lake…In the morning you are woken up by the bird song and calls of ducs and gees…priceless…
