I thought it was quiet, tidy, peaceful and the lady that owns the place was lovely and we had a nice chat. As a single traveller, I Definitely recommend staying here. Walking distance to shops and a 5 minute taxi ride to sarpsborg. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This is not just a hotel – it’s much better. I expected a simple bed and breakfast, but got a full kitchen, big lounge, terrace, washing machine and dryer. Anka, the hostess, was incredibly kind and even hung my laundry so I could go explore. Breakfast is included – bread, cheese, cold cuts, eggs – and you can cook your own meals in the kitchen. There’s plenty of space, two stoves, two fridges, and two shared bathrooms for only a few rooms. I came for one night and stayed for two. The town, nearby islands, and lake are beautiful.
