Everything :) The staff always were able to help you with anything. From negotiating cab fees to walking with you to a souvenir shop. I reached pohkara.at 12 midnight. I informed the hotel via booking.com to inform that my bus is very late. It was 12 midnight and I had someone waiting at pohkara bus stop to pick me up. AND they were extremely responsive via the chat It was reassuring :) Extremely grateful. :) The hotel is just walking distance from phewa lake. On the roof top you can see machaprae mountain if the skies are clear. From my balcony I had a view if the lake. :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel in Pokhara. The location is perfect. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable, very light and clean, with amazing lake view from my balcony. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional staff (Binay and others), who were friendly and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. My time here has left me with fond memories of Pokhara, largely thanks to the warm hospitality of this hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the area and would stay there again if I come back to Pokhara.

This is an exceptional place to stay. The value cannot be beat, however there are some caveats. The good things are it is spotlessly clean. There is a view of the lake from every room and there is a balcony in front of every room where you can sit and look out at the lake and mountains, including the Peace Stupa. There is a shared kitchen with a fridge on the fifth floor. The staff could not be nicer and offered suggestions when we had questions. Internet was fine and I worked on the deck in front of my room. There is no heater or A/C - this did not bother us, however it may some folks. There is a ceiling fan for air movement. There is no lift, so while the view is better on higher floors, carrying luggage up stairs can be a challenge for some. The rooms are clean, however they are on the smaller side and there is no TV.
