This was a wonderful place to stay! Judith was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We stayed with friends for a wedding and it was the perfect setup for us all to be together but have our own space as well.

The house . Beautiful house lovely and clean not a speck of dust or dirt anywhere Great selections of borad games and entertainment. There netflix on the tv with all other channels . A fun pool table and a whole tennis cort and trampoline just fab Really easy to use and modern appliances . Lovely coffe maker Very comfy beds and great shower with really nice shampood and soaps. ( Great after a long days walk ) The double dishwasher and washing machine are very handy . The location. Lovely situation. Only a stones throw from the owners home so if you needed anything they are there to help. Really close to some lovely restaurants only 20 mins walk or 2 min drive away . And very close to rangiora. The farm surrounding the house is reslly sweet with poads of alpacas lamas and goats to great you when you walk to the fence Bonno the dog is especially very friendly and lovely. We had our aunty over with a baby and he just laid with us for the day it was very adorable. Finally the hosts Anna and mark are amazing hosts . They give you ultimate privacy without the felling of being neglected They are so accommodating always asking if we needed topping up on coffee pods or soaps and so on . They supplied extra plates and cups and everything we could need . Just amazing. And for hiw much each night was it was almost half of other places we had stayed at for the last 3 weeks in way better condition.

I slept really well, it exceeded my expectations. I arrived after midnight and was made to feel very welcome. The bed was super comfortable, the bed linens were wonderful. I was in a room with 4 people and the bathroom was very clean. I recommend it!

    I liked everything about my stay, the location is perfect- country side surrounded by trees and open grass areas. The facilities are pristine- very clean and organised. The home decor is tasteful, timeless and lush. I like Judith's friendly manner and wonderful story telling......highly recommend

    Fabulous location out in the countryside, tree lined road up to the property, parking good. We were greeted by our lovely host, we were showed to two beautiful rooms with Fabulous bathrooms all so very clean. The beds and linen were great. In the morning we had a continental brekie waiting for us we just had to help ourselves. Our host was so lovely great chatting we will definitely be back.
