Great location, amazing house , amenities . Sultan and his family were super flex and chill. They made sure we had a good time. The location is amazing and well worth the drive. I wish I could spend few more days there. The host organised barbecue and that was delicious. Our car tyre had a flat and they helped us get fixed. Highly recommend this place.

The location of the house is absolutely incredible. The view of the sunset and sunrise is very beautiful. The house consists of three beautiful and clean rooms, a kitchen and a sitting room. It was an excellent experience. They also provided us with a wonderful Omani dinner for each person for 5 Omani riyals.

Wauw! What a amazing stay we had at this guesthouse. This accomodation has a perfect location (near the mountains and a village) is well designed and is very clean. The rooms are modern, totally new and the beds sleep very well. Our host Hommed was very kind and helpfull. He showed around the area and can take you for a hike in de beautiful mountains of Oman. The view of the guesthouse is magnificent! It is really a place i reccoment. Thank you Hommed for your kindness, we will return.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this accommodation during my trip to Oman. The sunset views from the property were absolutely breathtaking, making each evening unforgettable. The room was spacious, and the entire place was impeccably clean and well-maintained. What really made our stay special, though, was the kindness and hospitality of the host. Not only was the host incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, but they also went out of their way to return a personal item we had accidentally left behind—delivering it to us even though we were far away. This was my first time visiting Oman, and thanks to the host, I was able to see just how warm, kind, and generous Omani people can be. I’m deeply grateful for the experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Everything. The owner was lovely. Said he'd give us a discount if we contact him directly next time. You actually do get a breathtaking sunset view, sunrise unfortunately is blocked by a mountain on the east side. There was a space heater in every room, bathrooms were clean with really good hot water. The patio is great to sit in the evenings after watching the sunset. It's location is just at the bottom of the hill leading up to the main Jabal Shams area which is great as its not in the way of tourists coming and going.

Amazing views in the top of Jabbal Shams. The price is a bit high, but considering you take the whole apartment is quite special. Ideally to travel with friends or with family if you are able to get to the top, which can be done by 4x4.

Me and my girlfriend spent a night in this beatiful house. The house is very big and comfortable, it has got all the services you need, including a private parking. We asked for dinner and breakfast and the neighbors prepared typical Omani dishes for us, really good! The place is amazing, you are in Jabal Shams at 1900 meters on the sea level, the landscape is breathtaking and is near the beginning of the balcony walk hiking, a 5 km trekking that is wonderful because you walk on the edge of the amazing Wadi Ghul.
