The accommodation is a two bedrooms, two bathrooms apartment in a residential & commercial building on the 4th floor. The apartment has been partially renovated. The owner of the apartment is very friendly and helpful. It is located between the centre of Nizwa and the new commercial area of the town, ideal for exploring Nizwa and surroundings. The bedrooms have new furnishings but the mattresses are Omani style hard, so we slept on the blankets to soften them. At the time of our stay there were no table and chairs in the apartment and we ate seating on the floor in the living room, using the low coffee table. We parked our car in front of the building but there is also a very large parking space at the back of the building.

Amazing Team, the owner together with Radhu were super friendly. Helping with luggage when you get in and arranging parking on the near by location. Goat market is around the corner and always coffee ready to be served. Best location and amazing people when staying in Nizwa.

We spent our last part of the trip in Nizwa at Etra Inn, which is beautifully decorated with Omani essence and with a host that makes you feel at home. We were near all the places we wanted to visit: less than 10 minutes walk to the Souq and 3 minutes to the Wall, and still had peace and a quiet space to rest at the Inn.
