Our stay in this house was good. The rooms were spacious, and a big advantage was the fully equipped kitchen available at all times. There was also a clothes dryer, a hairdryer, and a living room with a TV. It was a great base for visiting the nearby wadis. The apartment was clean and beautiful.

Our experience at Bait Al Shab, my family and I, was truly unique. Bait Al Shab is a resort of a special kind, distinguished by its spacious areas, beautiful views, and complete tranquility. Large and medium-sized trees surround all the rooms and halls, giving the place a unique character and a refreshing breeze. In addition, there is a jacuzzi, two swimming pools — one for adults and one for children — as well as children’s play areas and barbecue spots. The room attendant is a kind, helpful, and very friendly person. I will definitely return to stay at Bait Al Shab

Fig Shades is a great place to relax and a great base to visit Wadi Shab and Wadi Tiwi/Mibam. Mr. Santosh is a very kind and helpful host! He helped me arrange a trip to Wadi Mibam at a great price by Omani standards, which is great because the road to get there is difficult. There are also 3 restaurants nearby (10 min walk) as well as grocery shops (5-10 min walk). The garden is beautiful and the swimming pool is also nice. When you reach the big tree on the side of the road (the one that’s shown on Google street view), keep going a few meters towards the flyover and you’ll find a ‘Fig Shades’ signboard. If you can’t read Arabic, it’s the hotel next to 'Tiwi Omantel Telephone Exchange’ on Google Maps.

A small, charming hotel with great attention to detail. It has a small but nice pool. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. It is located at the beginning of Wadi Tiwi & Wadi Mibam. Both wadis can be reached by car in about 15 minutes and were great! We skipped Wadi Shab - too many people. You can have dinner at the hotel and it's delicious and fairly priced. Farhan and his staff do a great job and are so friendly and helpful. We can warmly recommend the hotel.

The villa is amazing, very big rooms with an stunning view. You see the sea from the room. Nice terrace with swimming pool to relax and eat. They even provided take away if you want for dinner or you have a kitchen if you prefer to cook. Access from the terrace straight to the beach. 2 min walking to Wadi Shab. Sami was very helpful and kind. He even help us with our next trip to the mountains. I will definitely come back to this place. Very good value for money.

Loved the place! Have stayed in several airbnbs but never seems such a well planned house. We had everything we wanted on the property. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Love the view, loved the pool, loved that it had Netflix. Loved the place so much, we will be coming back in the winters!
