Seems to be a very nice hotel. Pool area looked very cozy. Staff doing their best. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to experience it.

Absolutely amazing! I booked last minute and arrived late but they organized a super reliable transfer from the bus station. They also helped me get a hammock for my slow boat journey to Iquitos. Early in the morning, they provided another reliable transfer to the boat. The room is comfortable and the big smart tv is a nice touch.

Very clean, kind staff, very helpful. Helped us get a collectivo to Tarapoto. Quiet air conditioning. Toilet had a seat, which isn't always the case here.

Perfect stay! Rooms are clean and provide anything needed. Staff was extremely helpful and great. Getting a free coffee at 6 am was equally easy as getting beer and wine at midnight. Free sevice of washing cloths!

Great location on the river. Not much to see in the town but good place to stay for one night. The food was very good, we had dinner there in the evening. Breakfast was basic but tasty.
